They toasted my sub without asking despite the fact that i like em cold cut. was willing to put it past them, but then the guy at the register didn’t speak clearly and i misunderstood him and that honestly made my experience 20 times worse due to the awkwardness. partly my fault, but you definitely should ask your customers if they want it toasted rather than just throwing every sub in the cooker all willy nilly.
