Dunkin' - Beaufort

I love their ice coffees I always get extra cream and sugar. The breakfast sandwiches are good too

The drive-thru line extends around the building and onto Live Oak Street. The service is extremely slow. I understand that indoor seating may not be available due to social distancing, but the lobby should at least be open for people to go inside and order. When we asked why the lobby wasn't open, we were informed that the restaurant is short-staffed. However, we could see 6 different associates inside while waiting in the drive-thru. I don't think staffing is the real issue here. The Dunkin' in Havelock has their lobby open. This is not a satisfactory customer experience.

These five-star reviews may have been purchased, as they do not reflect the reality of the restaurant. There are long wait times for simple orders, and the staff is rude to customers. The manager is argumentative for no reason. I asked for almond milk in my latte and was told it was condensed milk instead. I still wanted milk in my latte, but was unable to order it as I liked. This strange behavior, along with past interactions, makes me believe there is an element of racism and elitism at this establishment. The owner does not seem to care about customer satisfaction. The restaurant was better managed when Mike was in charge, at least customers felt safe and supported. Be cautious, especially if you are a person of color, when dining here.

I usually do not leave any reviews anywhere, but after the terrible experience I had in this load, I felt it necessary. the workers were very rude because they apparently had no reason. I don't know if they have a hard time or what. it has ruined the whole experience for me. I was only at this place a handful of times, so I am disappointed. I'd rather go to the other dunkin and the city.

The manager was extremely rude during our visit to the restaurant. He made a discriminatory comment to my husband, insinuating that he only didn't get a job because of his name. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
