Chick-fil-a - Beaufort County

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was less than desirable. My food was fine. However, when I entered the establishment, I noticed that a white older woman and a white older gentleman were greeted. However, I am a younger African American woman over the age of 30 and no one. Dad, it was necessary to greet me only the elderly white patrons ahead of me as I stood waiting for my food. I watched my drink. Both be overfilled ant. There was lemonade and Coca-Cola left on top of both cups and no one bothered to wipe them off. So I did so myself by asking for napkins which were not in my bag. Additionally, my order should have come with mayonnaise packets, buffalo sauce and hot sauce. There was no mayonnaise or buffalo sauce less than the exemplary service that I'm used to receiving at Chick-fil-A.

So i never hate to be the one to leave bad reviews because I have worked in the food industry myself. But hearing you line staff and line cooks cuss back and forth isn’t a pleasing. Your line cooks eating while working. Everyone not worried about order and more on cleaning so they can “leave early”. It felt as if there was no management around at all. Like I mentioned I understand you have to do tasks while working but hearing a girl say “I don’t wanna take her order you do it.” Turned my nose up. In the nicest way it was the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. I understand things are stressful and you gotta get stuff done. I am just making the owner aware bc I would want to know if it was me.

We LOVE Chick-fil-A and stop to and from TN Zand SC! Best fast food restaurant anywhere!

Chickfilas usually has amazing with great drive thru service so a 30 minute wait for just 5 cars ahead is just poor.

All of these kids are always fooling around and don’t get our orders right, Never! Instead, they treat you with such a bad attitude and disrespect. Management just have gotten from bad to worse.The true Chick Fil A experience have deteriorated over the years that not even a “My Pleasure” any more, from customer service to food quality.Us locals, unfortunately we don’t have another location to choose from.
