Pilot Travel Center - Beasley

The restaurant was clean, but there was no hot or warm food available in the middle of the night. When I asked the cashier why there weren't any hot items or even hot dogs, their response was that they weren’t given any to put out. Come on, Pilot management, truck drivers don’t have normal hours and we appreciate having a warm meal. The hot dogs and roller items just need to be taken out of the cooler and placed on the roller; it doesn’t require much effort.

The restaurant has a self-service checkout, and even when it’s busy, they won’t assist you at a regular cash register. Many truck drivers are unhappy with this significant change, as it really slows us down. We’re being forced to use the self-service checkout.

This is a lovely and clean truck stop. It's not too crowded or overly busy, making it a pleasant place to take a break. The surroundings are quite beautiful, providing a great environment to rest and unwind before hitting the road again.

Was literally just told I had to check out at self checkout . Two people just standing there and I 'm being forced to use self checkout? Really? Btw, Arby 's is closed at 8:30p. The employees are pushing customers to use self check out when some of us don 't like self check out. The male manager spoke unkindly. Their milk and creamer likes to squirt on others hands. Also the counter is sticky and they need to check to makesure the coffee is made more often.
