Moe's Southwest Grill - Bear

I rated this place with 5 stars a year ago, but I had it again today and I was quite disappointed. The staff was still nice and quite fast as the year before, but the restaurant was rather chaotic, not just behind the counter, but through the drinks and salsabar. The floor was also really sticky. The food was also very moderate, it was tasteless when I went there a year ago. Overall, it was still pale and not the worst Moes I? ve ever seen, but I don't know what happened since I came last.

Delicious food, but I wonder what goes through her mind when filling out an order. We order 2 cups (not sides) from queso and only got one thing from chips to go with it. We had more cheese than chips.

I had the bowl, but I believe anything would have been great. The service was excellent. I wish I lived close enough to go more often. No one could leave there without a smile. As someone in town on business, I sure felt welcomed!

Food is still delicious as ever. I see they upgraded the place since the last time I came here. I'm liking it as it is not so gloomy. More vibrant and chill. Service was good as well.

I have placed an order online. I showed up when they said and had to wait for an hour. For three Burritos? Would I? ve left, but they already had my money. That's the third problem in a row. I'm not coming back.
