Amore Pizza - Bear

I purchased an order of 10 chicken wings last Friday evening from Amore Pizza at their Red Lion Road location. When I opened them after arriving home, they were extremely undercooked, almost raw. I immediately called the store and was told to bring them back. Because I was already home, approximately 20 minutes away, I had guests at my home, and it was ten minutes before the store was closing, I told them I wouldn’t come back that evening. After speaking with several persons, I finally got the manager on the phone. She told me that she would give me a credit towards my next order of wings and this info would be noted next to my phone number in the computer. A week later I called to get my credit wings and I was told that I was barred from the store, I was not getting any wings and they no longer wanted my business!! After speaking with several people again including a manager, a gentleman came on the phone and said “you do this all the time, we are not giving you a credit”!! I replied “what are you talking about, I have only been to this place three times and last week was the first time I ever had a problem.” He finally told me that they would give me my money back, but they did not want my business. I am simply appalled at the way the staff handled their mistake of serving undercooked food!! There was no politeness, apology or anything resembling customer service extended to me!! You don’t have to bar me from your business, because I will not return!! Further, I will encourage everyone I know not to patronize you in any way, catering included. Ironically, I belong to several organizations that have used your services in the past, well consider them barred too!!!!

After years of being a customer they have lost me. The food quality has been declining. This afternoon I ordered a chicken gyro it looks terrible and is missing the sauce)We also ordered a cheese pizza that arrived cold. I called to complain about the chicken gyro was told I could get store credit or wait for awhile as they are now busy. So the restaurant messes up the order and I need to wait longer for a new and improved gyro. I ended up having to be rude which is not like me in other to get a full refund instead of a credit. Very disappointed!!!

Service is friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable. Pizza dough is thick and undercooked.

Their Pizza is amazing. It gives that traditional new york taste. All the flavors rushed into my mouth at the same time. I could keep eating this pizza and not get tired of it. Their fries are also really good. They are very crunchy and flavor is really good. They give a good portion for the price and it can be shared between 2-3 people. The delivery driver was really nice. Our pizza got there efficiently, hot, and ready. There customer service in general is really good. I really like this place and will defiantly be ordering from there again.

Never never buy pizza from here I ordered one pepperoni extra cheese well well done they left it on my porch and drove off it was cold by the time I went out to check because it said it was going to be in 45 minutes to an hour so I was just sitting on the rocking chair outside went inside to pee came back out nothing
