The Old Place Cafe And Catering

Bought some of their take and baked meals. I hate they are closing

We recently attended a 80th birthday party for my wife's uncle at The Old Place Cafe Catering. About 50 of us gathered for his celebration and it was our first time there.Once in the door was a good old home type feeling. The staff had ice tea,water and lemonade made for us tow wet out thirst as all the family arrived.Our meal was a buffet of green beans,Fried chicken breast,roasted red potatoes along with some nice dinner rolls.They offered three dipping sauces of ranch,bbq,and honey mustard.Our meal was just fine as could be.They also kept our tea and lemonade glasses as full as we wanted.Our entire evening was as nice as could be expected. I know the part of the family from Siler City had been here on other occasions but this was our first.I hope we visit again.Nice experience.The staff made everyone's evening a very nice birthday celebration.

The double cheeseburger and home chips is insanely good. 6stars

There aren’t any other dining options for 10+ miles. Love having this place nearby. The service was friendly. The food was all really delicious. Didn’t have a single thing I didn’t love. The prices are very reasonable. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I’m sure I’ll become a regular.

Delicious food! Strawberry short cake was out of this world!
