Starbucks - Beachwood

Well, the young lady working the register was weird. I said good morning she just stared then I said it again then she responded. Ordered my coffee and blueberry muffin. Received my drink then stood an additional 5+ minutes waiting for the muffin. Had ask another worker. I understand it's a fast pace environment however there's more to customer service then running a register. Food: 4

They gave me a cup full of ice and refused to fix my order because they closed than normal business hours. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The people who work here are friendly and beautiful people in and out. What I love most is how they maintain professional and keep a smile on their face even when they are overwhelmed with orders. This location is busy every time I order here but I don’t mind the wait because you can truly see they are working both quickly and efficiently. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
