P.f. Chang's China Bistro - Beachwood

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I tried my wife's Diet Coke, and it tasted like soap. I ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer, which was cooked perfectly—beautiful and rare. However, it was overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sauce, making it impossible to taste anything but that. My wife had the Kung Pao Chicken, which was so salty that it was inedible. I went for the Singapore Street Noodles, but they were overcooked and a sticky mess. They were meant to be curried but barely had any hint of curry flavor. I've had better Chinese food at a buffet. I can't believe how crowded the restaurant was, and yet, no one else seemed to share our experience.

That was such a disappointment! To start with, the food was incredibly bland. The appetizers tasted like something I could have made from a boxed mix. The main courses were also unremarkable and uninspired. The atmosphere was chaotic, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal—eating felt like an afterthought. The seats were sticky, and the restrooms were dirty and out of order. We definitely won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
