Capri Pizza - Beachwood

We've never been here before and went there for the first (and last) time about a month ago. We were not greeted when we entered and had to ask ourselves if we took a table. My wife then had to ask for menus and had to ask someone again to take our order. The man behind the counter who seemed to be manager or owner came out and took our order. Where was waitress? Then a waitress came out without teeth and was about to bring out meals and we had to ask where are the salads that came with him? We finally got the meals and my chicken was rubber!! Worst chicken I've ever had and we eat a lot. If that wasn't enough, someone never came to us to see if it was okay or even to take us into account. Again my wife went to counters and asked cashiers or delivery personnel for it. UGH!!! It won't be back.

Since I was a little kid, chicken parm is the best I ever had amazing! super thin and crispy and the perfect amount of cheese...

Sux! Worst pizza, makes Frankie look good. The delivery lasted an hour and 20 minutes and was told 45 minutes. They forgot the pepperoni on 1/2 pepperoni pizza and the wings were terrible. Never! Better starve.

EXCELLENT CHEESE STEAKS!! BOTH THE BEEF CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK SUBS HAVE CONSISTENTLY BEEN GREAT, VERY MOIST BUT NOT GREASY.
