The negative comments below really sum up what this shabby place is where the staff lacks respect because of its owner Fabrice Arnoux. This guy should definitely leave this field as he doesn't know where he doesn't want to treat his customers well. I had already had a first problem with them: I came late and was rejected. Carefree. By turning around, the security guards let a group pass, which I naturally don't accept, and I ask them if they think I have a bad face or something. Anyway, I'm leaving, a friend intervenes and this time it's Fabrice who's waiting for me at the entrance. As soon as he sees me he asks me if I'm drunk. Something that I was not and above all which does not arise in this way. No education, no tact. I had sworn not to go back there again until last night.... My bad!! I'm leaving with a friend at 10 p.m. The place is pretty empty. We had already had dinner and were hesitant to have a small cocktail before going home. We sit at a table, the manager comes and asks us if we have reservations. Pk this question when there is nothing on the table which specifies that it is reserved. I say no, he says ok, it doesn't matter. Lack of tact or how to make customers uncomfortable. It doesn't matter. We place an order. We have two cocktails and the waiter asks us what are you eating? Nothing, we came for a little cocktail and went home, we don't intend to stay long. Another waiter comes and asks us to go sit at the bar because the tables will fill up later. Knowing that the place is empty, a maximum of 3 tables occupied. And that we are not alcoholics who come to lean at your counter to get drunk. I also understand that the place has a profitability imperative. But there is way and way. Will I go back? No thank you !! To flee !! There are much friendlier and more customer-friendly places in Mohammedia. I take as proof that they don't even take the trouble to respond to the comments of people who were disappointed. My evening at the roof skylounge was very disappointing. Firstly, I was forced to choose a specific drink because it was expensive, under the pretext that it was Saturday. This pricing policy seemed unfair to me. As for the atmosphere, it didn't live up to my expectations at all. The atmosphere was dull and unwelcoming, which contributed to my evening being less than enjoyable. Additionally, the service was very poor. They brought the bill without even asking me if I was ready to pay. Additionally, they added items to the bill that I didn't order, which really upset me. But the worst thing was that after paying, the manager came several times to ask me to leave to give my place to another customer. This made me feel like I was being treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at the rooftop. I don't recommend this place because of the unfair pricing policy, disappointing ambiance, poor service and lack of respect for customers.
