This restaurant is a typical chain store where the staff is competent and performs their job as expected. There is nothing outstanding or extraordinary about their work, but they do exactly what is required of them. Nothing more, nothing less.

I love the ice cream at this shop, it's my favorite place to go!

We came for the free ice cream with app day. As we waited in line, we spoke with and saw numerous individuals and families in front of us being turned away despite having the app.When we reached the front, the lady told us that we had to use the code on the app this was okay except that we did not have wifi to enable the 15 minute code. When I asked if I could use the store wifi, she said no I can understand this too. I told her I would step outside for a minute to get wifi and activate the 15 minute code and she didn 't respond.As I stood outside (literally visible through the store 's glass), I activated my 15 minute code. When I came in to show her the code, she then told me No, you had to do it in the store. It 's not valid .No where on the app did it say this and she could very clearly see the timer counting down from 15 mins. I always ensure that I follow the guidelines and rules and I had done my research and I 'm certain she just made this up on the spot. She could see me standing outside for the 30 seconds it took me to click activate and come back in within the next minute (timer was counting down from 14 minutes by then) yet continued to gaslight me. After arguing, we finally received the ice cream but I STRONGLY advise everyone to avoid this location. The cashier on shift around noon on Sunday, July 16 was truly awful and she seemed to just want to start arguments with everyone in line and I feel terrible for all the other 's who came out just to be berated by this cashier.

My wife ordered a couple of blizzards off door dash from here. Let me tell you something, they were a joke. They gave us the tiniest amount of toppings, you'd need the Hubble space telescope to find them. My wife was devastated. Please sort this out. Life is hard enough without weak ice cream.

Small little store but the staff was really nice on a late Friday night. FYI they now close at 2230. The cakes were really nicely decorated compared to some other stores. Blizzards we’re mixed to perfection!
