I didn’t think it was a big issue, so I went back to let them know. I understand that breakfast ends at 11, and it seems logical to offer a refund or a replacement meal, but instead, the manager suggested I come back the next day during breakfast to have it remade. At that point, I asked for a refund since it hadn’t been offered, and I did receive one. I recommend retraining your staff on customer recovery because this was not handled well. I learned the B.L.A.S.T. method—Believe, Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank—and perhaps you should consider learning it too. Just do better next time. My order number is 169468 if you're interested.
Incredible service! I placed a $300 order at 11:30, assuming it would take longer than the time they estimated given the lunch rush. To my surprise, they had everything ready in record time. Additionally, all the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect. I was truly impressed!
I just wish I could figure out the app for curbside delivery! Not everything I buy needs to be a full meal! I'm having a hard time figuring out how to order something that's not a meal.
Came on a Friday night directly after a prestigious service of a loved one here. It was about 20 people and filled half of their lobby. The lady in the register was so sweet and patient with us while she picks up any of our order. She was so nice, she even brought all our food out and gave it out. The manager also came out to make sure we were all good. Excellent service!
Always the best service when I go. The burger was delicious and the frits were fresh and had the right amount of salt.
