Great American Cookies - Baytown

The manager turned a bad situation into a wonderful one. I had ordered a cookie cake for my son, but there was a misunderstanding about the size; I wanted the largest one, but when I arrived, I was presented with a smaller version. Once we realized the mistake, the manager quickly made me a new one. Although it wasn’t exactly what I had originally ordered, I really appreciated his prompt effort. Great job!

Honestly, this is the best cookie company ever! I can't quite explain it, but every time I buy cookies from here, they taste fresher, and the decorations are simply stunning. They always exceed my expectations! We live in Pearland, and my husband works in Baytown. Whenever we need a biscuit cake, he always brings one home after work! I'm seriously impressed!

It's clear why this is one of the few remaining restaurants in this dying mall—delicious cookies!
