Dunkin' - Baytown

Good food and drinks here. I also liked the breakfast.

When this Dunkin first opened it was terrible. We drove there from Mont Belvieu to find it closed during posted business hours on multiple occasions. Now, however, it seems to be under new management and it has been amazing. The service has been pleasant and polite. The dining area is always clean. The food is fresh, especially in the morning. We drive past many donut shops to make the drive here because they are just better.

The store is clean and conveniently located next to the gas station. However, one downside is that they share the restroom.

Out of a lot of donuts at 10:30 am, no cookie butter donuts, made a large coffee with a single pump of flavor instead of the 4 that come standard on the sticker like at every other Dunkin I’ve been to around the country.

So twice now I 've gone to this location and ordered a cold brew coffee (no extras) and ended up with and iced coffee with cream and sugar added. The first time I let it slide bc I was running late. Today I pointed out the mistake. Asked for the cold brew and cood foam only. All they did was take the drink back talk to the girl then come back and give me the excuse they remade it and this is what it 's supposed to look like with the foam and pumpkin syrup. I tasted it and can 't taste the pumpkin. Looked at the receipt and saw they put extras on it. So they not only refused to make me the right order. They lied and clearly have no idea what they are doing as a barista. Cold brew doesn 't have ice and should be milky in color until well after I get it and the cold foam has blended in.
