Dairy Queen - Baytown

Food is always fresh and hot! I have never been disappointed with this Dairy Queen. Paula was very nice.

Came to eat here with my wife. I ordered a Bacon Belt Buster Meal and she got a Kids cheeseburger meal. We sat down and they brought out the food. I ate my fries first like I always do. I took a bite of the burger and both patties were Raw. It tasted nasty. I went to the counter to let them know and ask for a refund. One guy in the back was just laughing. I asked for the manager and another guy said he was the one in charge. He asked me several times if I ate my food and I kept telling him i only ate my fries. He asked 3 times where the burger was and I told him I had already given it to them. He had no kind of customer service what so ever and was more worried about not giving me a refund for the meal that he could only give me a refund for the burger. This place is disgusting. Will not recommend. I would give them 0 stars if allowed.

These mozzarella sticks are so freaking nasty. The cheese isn’t melted, they have no flavor and when I asked for extra crispy. You guys still didn’t as I ordered it.

My first experience here was horrible! My child had hair in the middle of her ice cream and the guy who isnt a manager but is running the store because no manager is there told me there was nothing he could do because he don't know of I'm going to still allow my child to eat the ice cream. What kind of service is this and then not to have a manager in duty ?
