Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baytown

I was about 6:30 on Sunday 5 February 2023. I never had worse service anywhere. I had 5 articles. Two Burrito dishes, a chicken and a beef, a Quesadilla and two Burritos with different ingredients. They did not mark any of the items, so we were unable to say what everyone was. When I asked that they couldn't tell me, they didn't roll the Burritos, so when we opened it, everything fell down. They never offered to help and pretended to be an inconvenience that we were even in the restaurant. I was often at this point and had good experiences and some not so good, but that was by far the worst of any restaurant anywhere. I should have known that it may not be the best, because when I came in, I was the only one in the line and asked about the queen because I had one... the young man went away with a word explanation one minute there was two later a young man came out and began the order... the only one in the place with manners. My Burrito bowl was the best it ever was BUT I must think long and hard before I return to this place.

African American woman who wears glasses there, prepares food that has a very bad attitude! Why on earth is she in customer service?? She's starting an attitude when you ask for something extra. She slammed sauce on the counter to give us. Our Burritos are never tightly wrapped and fall apart, sauce on the whole outside of the Burritos, old salad and old Monterrey Jack cheese collapsed, brown water comes from the water dispenser. Just NASTY! No one smiles or seems happy..

I have a burrito and 3 tacos. Stone cold. Girls couldn't wrap a burrito. The whole Guac was at the first end of the Burritos. Worst... absolutely worst ever. I've liberated myself from Chipotle forever. Havnt probably eaten a year there, was looking forward to it. Had given 0 stars, but that's not possible.

I highly recommend the staff wash all your veggies really good before serving them to people. I am always limited with my options when I eat outside. And I got a veggie bowl where I clearly!! Mentioned brown rice. I get back to work, and rice is missing. I come home with severe diarrhea and a high fever. The next thing I know, I have food poisoning.Please, please, please wash everything multiple times before cooking or serving. Specially Lettuce and spinach. Also, please ensure your place is cleaning the juice/drink machines because you all have got me thinking about what went wrong. Was it the food, or was it the drink? The only day I eat from outside, and now I’m sick to the point where I am missing out on school and work.
