Plaka - Bayreuth

Went with friends. The staff is extraordinary nice and helpful. The food was tasty, however, the ratio of food to price is not balanced. The Ambiente is nice. They have seating inside and outside and are located in the middle of the old city center....Where all the shops are.

Typical Bavarian restaurant with the classics of Bavarian cuisine. Well the food was not unpleasant found it only to be average.

Food ok, but the restaurant didn’t take foreign credit cards, that is a big minus, and made the experience somewhat negative.

We visited Plaka Restaurant twice and the meals were very good both times. They have dining inside and outside but because of the weather, we chose inside. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful.

Very good food, and very large portions. We ordered the plaka plate for and couldn’t finish it, it’s more suitable for people uses you have a huge appetite. The only downside is that it took about minutes for them to bring a...high chair after seating us, and a little time to bring out all the dishes for what we ordered. Decent prices. Would definitely return.
