King's Chophouse - Bay Shore

Great food with great friends! Service was great and the food was tasty! The only thing I would say our steak wasn’t hot when it was brought to the table but it was flavorful and cooked to our liking!

Very cool little place with pretty decor. The steaks were very underwhelming in terms of flavor and cut. The mashed potatoes were more runny than i prefer. The salads were delicious. The wine selection was surprisingly limited for a steakhouse. The server was lovely but the service was not to the level that i anticipated from a $150/pp meal. For example, the bottle of wine was opened and left for us on the table to pour ourselves. The steak came out undercooked and we had to catch her eye to ask for it to be cooked correctly, rather than her immediately checking in to see if they were cooked to order. So, my overall takeaway was that for the price of the meal, there are places that i would rather go. It’s not a terrible place but not worth the price for dinner. I regret not trying one of the cocktails because if those are great than I would go for drinks and the salad at the bar.

Service was very slow. Waited an hour and a half to receive our food.

Food was amazing and service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The bartending and wait service was excellent. Looking forward to going back again.
