Bidrage med feedbackI just have to say that this subway has gone down the hill and I will not be back. it takes a lot for me to write a review, but I wasn't happy to leave there. for beginners, if a piece of their equipment is broken, they should tell the customer before the hand. her broth roaster was broken and I was not told until my sandwiches were already made. she then went to microwave my sandwiches and at this point I was like whatever happened, and I will not only go after they were already joined together. I'm coming to the counter with my two sandwiches and it costs $22 for 2 foot lengths. I understand that food costs are rising, so they need to demand more. I will not understand how they can feel, ok to load someone $10 for a sandwich with nothing on. absolutely ridiculous and I will gladly make my own sandwiches home.
Her eating is good, but her customer service is terrible, or at least with my last experience! online it says that they don't close until 9 o'clock on Wednesday, so I have thought online, there is a lot of time to get my order, but until 8:15 I had already taken back 1 but 2 phone calls from them wanting, rude if I wanted to get my food and get it up to the time they were getting my
The staff was extremely friendly. Bretagne was helpful and polite. I had a great experience.
I always have a great experience at Subway, especially at the location on Mack Means Avenue in Bay Minette.
My wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try after receiving some monthly coupons. We probably wouldn't have gone otherwise. Despite having our meal made fresh according to our preferences, we were not entirely satisfied. There are better dining options available.
