Le Chardon - Baudinard-sur-Verdon

This was another visit to our small screw hole in baudinard, located in the Provence region of France. While we could not travel to him for almost two and a half years because of covid, it was simply good when we remembered it. mark. and sandra that lead the restaurant are simply amazing, brand 's culinary skills are legendary and that is not a understood I would often use to be eating, presentation and ability to make everything a special leak is wonderful. sandra and her personal are in front of the house and they are all so attentive and passionate to give the best customer experience. if they are in the opposite, they should really visit le chardon. we can't wait to go back!

This restaurant is located in a beautiful small village and the view from the terrace is stunning. the restaurant has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. eating is delicious. we had the bark and the lamb that both were excellent. I recommend the...a highlight of our trip!

We enjoyed a nice meal when we went away on the beaten one. delicious food and excellent service. pad thai was delicious as well as the rib. highly recommended.

From the moment we entered the restaurant and were greeted by Mark we were made to feel extremely welcome. He catered to our dietary requirements as one of us was vegetarian. The food was great and view of the sunset was lovely. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the region!!

The most hospitable staff. Chef was amazing - went there two nights in a row with a big group and we felt so welcome. Food is fresh and so tasty. Would recommend to everyone.
