Bg Phò - Battle Ground

I will begin to say that we end up our review by the manager but, the suppe was terrible. it was cold and the meat was old and uneditable. the pad thai smells sour and the drench sprouts where brown and old. even the jalapeño for the suppe was dry. there are much better places in vancouver.

Food is good. As is selection. But don't go in expecting to be treated like a valued customer. Service is shoddy at best. We go back for the food, have yet to leave a decent tip as it is by no means deserved. Treat your customers better. When they ask for eating utensils (because you didn't bring ANYTHING but the meal to the table, don't give them a small plastic spoon for the pho. Oh, and do some research on their score with the state- they are a suffering business but they do have potential.

Always the freshest and best ingredients. Great service and a wonderful menu to choose from. I have been going there since they first opened and I have never been disappointed. Five stars ? everytime.

Very clean broth with a big flavor. I honestly usually get the broth or the meatless Pho option and am usually ordering it when I feel under the weather. It is my secret weapon to getting better. It's like a warm hug and feels packed full of what my body is lacking at the time. Love the staff, even though I never eat in. The little Auntie in the kitchen has such a smile that makes you feel like family. The young gals in the front of house are always so gracious, respectful, and accommodating.

When my husband I visited this restaurant in late February, we noticed that the owner or manager was smoking right near the door so the smoke wafted into the restaurant. Yuck! The sandwiches were funky tasting, they tasted like fish so I left half of mine on my plate. On a positive note,our server was nice and fairly attentive.Based on the food and the smoke we do not plan to return to this restaurant.
