Taco Bell - Battle Creek

I went through the drive-through this evening and ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and a black bean crunch wrap with NO cheese and a couple of bean burritos. Upon driving away I look at my order and I got a crunch wrap with maybe a teaspoon of beef, and lettuce, and a crunch wrap with no black bean and CHEESE. And bean burritos that were 70% tortilla with a small amount of bean. After going back into the restaurant to at least get the black bean crunch wrap fixed I was told “ we are out of black beans” so you just decided for me that I was going to get a cheese wrap and not tell me instead of telling me when I ordered that you did not have black beans? Was also told you had no potatos, and no Baja blast… I am understanding of inventory issues but to give me some random order just because is completely unacceptable! Will never come this location again!

For the first time, a worker used the kiosk to see if we need help, what was nice. our order was quickly filled and the staff was friendly. sauces and beverage machine was well equipped. the tables were clean. food: 5/5

The workers were very honest and seemed to have a good connection to each other. but they have somehow forgotten my 2 cheese packages in the steam machine and skipped us on a cinnabon:(Food 4/5

They were open late when everything else around was closed. Food was good but the drive thru took FOREVER! Seriously I would have left, but I was so hungry I waited it out. For being so busy they were very friendly.Food: 4/5

I like Taco Bell it's always fast it's always clean it's always a nice food there are grilled cheese burritos the best got to try it
