Terrible customer service, slow delivery time, rude and i rarely get my food before my lunch is over. TERRIBLE

Ordered online, picked up and when I opened the sandwich the bread bottom was thick and hard. Call the store. The manager apologized but made no effort to make up for it. I'm a regular so I found this very disappointing and it wasn't logged anywhere so there is no reflection on the store or the manager. Tried to comment on their website but they don't want feedback other than call the store and have it disappear. Poor customer service, still like the food, this particular order wasn't up to par.

How do they stay in business?? They won't even deliver 3 miles away... that so unprofessional and ridiculous worst place ever and worst staff ever.

Thank you for making the best lettuce wraps! You guys are experts! Having Celiac Disease, I truly appreciate the lettuce wrap option! They are so good and not messy!

I've ordered from this location around 15-20 times in the past two months and every single thing has been correct and extremely fast (other than once when they only had one driver). I rarely order out but with the track record of this place I'm glad to give them my business.
