Applebee's - Battle Creek

The friendly atmosphere was nothing less relaxing than I was here. Jamilah did a great job for us. She went out of her way to make our experience as perfect as possible! I'll be back to see her and get her dessert recommendations!

This restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices. The service is always top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. We never have to wait long for our meals. The restaurant features booths, standard tables, and high-top tables. There's also a lovely side section with windows that provides a beautiful spot to enjoy the sun while dining.

We had a large group on Friday night, and I was really impressed with how the servers and managers handled everything. They coordinated us well and took our orders within 30 minutes. After not dining out much since the Covid pandemic due to poor service at other places, it was a pleasant surprise to experience such great service here!

The waitress, Kristi, is the ideal employee. She creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and encourages you to be yourself. Her interactions make you want to return time and again. Both Crystal and Kristi deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service and their genuine care for patrons.
