Kfc - Batticaloa

Today I visited this car exit I had a bad experience here customer service is very bad we were 10 people I asked a waiter to bring more chairs, he doesn't care about everything I've waited for a long time and stood there I'm disappointed and I paid 17k for meals there's not enough furniture I never visit again! And not clean enough mess

The worst KFC experience I've ever had. The level of hygiene is zero. Service without smile. I was ready to pay if they could only smile to the customer. The cleaner is missing in the dining area and in the toilet room.

One of the best restaurants in Batticaloa city. Comfortable location with large parking. Good customer service, delicious food and chilled drinks. The best place to visit with families and friends. Children's playground is also available on the first floor.

Worst kfc experience in the Batticaloa industry. The dune was unclean, the bathroom and the washroom were unclean and stinky. Totally unsatisfactory with the employees.

Good quality food. Very comfortable for all family, Nice Infrastructure. I feel great.
