Bidrage med feedbackWas almost empty, but over half an hour to get bread. Food lasted age groups. My steak was great and was so hard that it went all the way. The ducks were usually fine, although my cannellini beans were boiled under and Choizo were boiled over. My guess was that there was only one cook in the kitchen, basically over price for the quality of service and food. The staff tried hard, but obviously became inexperienced.
Arrived Saturday 6.20pm already very busy.Waited only short time for a table. Service at the start was very good. Steak is the speciality and was well worth it. We both had steak which was cooked to perfection. Wine list quiet extensive with good quality from local and mainland to go with the steak. We followed on with desert, apple crumble which was average at best.After desert table service disappeared. Waited for table to be cleared and order coffee, never happened. Disappointing.
Great place to eat in Hobart. Friendly, helpful staff and great food
The only way to describe this experience is shocking. I should have known from the moment I arrived that I was in for a disappointing experience. The bartender did not know how to make a cocktail which was the weekly special and provided a white wine when red was requested. The food order was taken incorrectly and was only picked up by the chef and rectified by the make floor manager. Staff have very poor customer service skills except the floor manager with the shaved head who was exceptional
