Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Very poor experiences as of late. Did online order, and they sent to wrong store. After repeated attempts to refund money, manager finally got on phone and said they couldn't do anything. Had to drive across town to get order and when I got there, was met with employee who didn't want to give me the food which was already cold since I had to drive so far to get. Every time I try to give Zaxby's another chance, they find more than one way to disappoint. I never give any place really bad reviews, but Zaxby's, dangit, y'all are horrible. What happened?

My food tasted great and I thought everything was fine until I popped the lid on my sprite drink and looked inside and there was an alive worm inside... I was disgusted and mortified. It was still moving... I had already drank all of my sprite so I'm sitting here wondering if I just consumed worms? And now I'm contemplating if anything was in my food...? I'm scared to go back now.

So it is frozen tyson chicken snacks, and they have stolen my card information in the past. I'm just going with cash now, but not sure why I'm going on when I already know that the quality is lavish as the employees are rudely af. cookies are fired.

Only last week we ate at another place where the portions were larger and that was fresh. in this case, the chicken fingers were small and tasted as if the oil had not changed in one. the cups of the cole Slav were significantly smaller (about half the size) and the brot was missing from the half of the order. no sauce was offered or offered. at least the system was clean.
