Food came out alright, but totally rude customer service. Talking trash about us with the window WIDE OPEN and how much of a burden it was for them with only four people working... that's not our problem, like I get it but seriously?? We didn't have that complicated of an order. Had to go back for our drinks and couldn't walk in to get them, the doors were locked. Had people standing outside. Denied us the third frosty we had placed an order for, we made sure at the window that we had two mediums and one small frosty... they said yes. And low and behold they said we didn't order a third frosty once everything came out and said that we couldn't order another once we were at the window. Like really? No spoons no straws no ketchup. I'm surprised how this place had 4 stars. One of the girls working was the most awful person. And I just wanna say I hope her life gets better and bless her heart bc she needs it. Rude asf.
I’m so sick of this restaurant. This is my second time this week trying to order food for my office employees and haven’t been able to. At first it was we only taking cash so I left and went down corporate blvd to the CHASE bank to get cash I made it back at 10:07 and the lady now saying they no longer accepting breakfast orders and if I want lunch I had to wait until 10:30. I asked for a supervisor and was informed that she in fact was the supervisor. I asked her why is there no food available to order when lunch doesn’t start until 10:30 and if I was ordering online it states breakfast is available until 10:25. I told her I would order online as a pick up so they can prepare my food she said if I did so she would politely cancel my order because she already told me that they are not cooking no more breakfast food I then asked for her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and she refused to provide me with her name. This is absolutely sad and unprofessional. This Wendy’s needs to find people who want to work or this location will be closing down. I mean have they ever heard of a MYSTERY SHOPPER? Wendy’s need to start sending Mystery Shoppers to see how they employee’s work and if they stores are being operated correctly.
Staff was playing around and ignoring customers... One lady waited for 3 orders just to get her drink the guy forgot to make .. asked for sweet n sour sauce and got BBQ and chicken was not fresh but dry and hard so either over cooked or very old other than that the guy that came in started bagging orders while others are playing around and apologized for the wait
First of all.. i have epilepsy and my trigger is lights. wendys lights flashed so much and so bright i almost had a serizure. Their line took forever and food wasnt hot.
