The railway hotel Bistro - Bathurst

We again had a party of 10 for dinner and as we had been here before we chose to go again.A little disappointed as the menu had cutlets which several people wanted but after ordering were told that there was only two servings left and were offered lamb chops instead. The other meals were of a good size and were very good.The meal delivery was slow and when sweets were ordered the same problem of not having what some people wanted and in fact one person didn't get their sweets at all.

Late decision for a meal remembered we had our free birthday meal tickets a really enjoyable night great hospitality and great food the cutlets were Great????????

Harry and Judy are a fantastic couple and really go all out to make your stay fun and relaxing. The bar is very popular with quieter family areas out the back and outside with a pool table and gaming room. The bedrooms are private and the breakfast facilities are very well catered for.

Good pub food , the crumbed cutlets are the bomb :) reasonably priced pub food, friendly staff and a nice cold beer :0

ABSOLUTELY the best value for money hotel food in Bathurst. Chef Louise gives you 5 Star cooking at a fraction of the price. Her variety of meals were IMPECCABLE, Extremely well presented and every meal virtually came out the same time. I was very impressed to learn she is the only cook and as only small venue,every seat was taken and everybody remarked on how well there dishes were. I don't know how she found the time to come out and mingle with the customers. So very friendly and courteous. A RARE THING THESE DAYS. Why she doesn't have her own restaurant defies BELIEF!!!!!!THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!I certainly will be a regular and if she ever leaves I will follow.
