Yang Sing - Bathgate

I used to love coming to this restaurant every Friday, but I am no longer a fan. The curry sauce is sometimes burnt, the chicken is crispy and has a strange taste, and I even found two dead flies in my takeout container. I am no longer interested in seeing how the kitchen operates.

I used to order from this restaurant all the time, but the food quality has declined recently. The delivery times have become unreasonable, I waited for hours today! It seems like they close whenever they feel like it. The only positive thing recently has been the efficient young man who answers the phone. They should not take orders if they cannot deliver on time.

Ever since the new owners took over, the food at this restaurant has improved significantly. The BBQ ribs I ordered were absolutely amazing, as the meat fell right off the bone. It was the best rib I've ever had, and I've tried many. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Not used this place for carry outs in a while. so ordered a meal tonight. it was due for delivery an hour ago. so phoned to be told it was out for delivery. but come on an hour late.
