Shaz Curry Palace - Bathgate

I received an order tonight and the chicken was raw and cold. I called to inquire about the issue and was told I would only receive a partial refund. I returned the order myself and was questioned about a £2 delivery charge that I was being billed for. The customer service was terrible and left a bad taste in my mouth. The only gesture I received was a can of Fanta that I used to rinse my mouth. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you want to get sick.

I ordered a 12 inch margarita last night and not only did it cost me 8.50 for that and the delivery charge, when it finally got here an hour and a half later, the pizza was stale and cold! I also paid extra for extra cheese and didnt get that either!

I was extremely angry that it took 2-3 hours for my order to arrive, and the food was terrible. I will not be returning to this incompetent takeout restaurant again. I hope they get shut down.

Ordered pizza deal and munchie box told 50 minutes arrived 1h25m which I didn't exactly mind. Pizzas were just warm barely any cheese and bought in bases had one before and this was nothing like it, chips were like they were cooked last night, pakora, onion bajis etc was burnt. Had to heat it all up.Hope when and if I try again ill have a better experience.
