I don't think I've ever been to a better mcdonald than this one. everything was made fresh and the presentation was fantastic, I have never seen so great use of parsley and kale. the long haired manager should be in the west. We...had to mention that we loved musicals so that he don his rollcat and a note perfectly a man edition of starlight express, he then showed us his skills on the harpsichord by performing a mesmerizing version of i know him so well with the young female cash. to finish the show he stood on the tables and led a atem with swan lake. it was a good entertainment that we stayed for the desert, and the crisp apple coulis filled scattered corner was a breath, the joy, the plucked egg with raspberry jus was as good as all that gordon ramsey ever did. go to mcdonald’s and make sure they say how much they love music theatre.

Unfair store manager- Disgrace Placed an order with the McDonald’s app. Order told to collect. Manager wouldn’t serve as he said app should be closed off. No food given Doesn’t think service is important. Serving deliveries from Just Eat etc same day. Attitude- can’t...help go to customer services to get refund. Store doesn’t deserve your trade.

I went inside with the intention of going to the toilet before ordering my food and while halfway up the stairs, the employee by the door screamed at me in front of the entire restaurant saying that it was not a public toilet and I...couldn’t use the facilities unless I had ordered food. i would happily have ordered food afterwards, as it was rush hour and waiting half an hour for my food would have resulted in an accident. She was very rude, didn’t get her name or I would’ve made a complaint to her manager. I’ve never been so disrespected or embarrassed after walking into what I thought would be a professional environment with understanding employees. Overall, very upset and will not be going back.

Popped in for takeaway at lunchtime. Shocked at number of customers not wearing a mask while walking about/queuing for food. Also suggest there were too many people inside the shop leading to crowding at the food collection area absolutely impossible to social distance in...this area. The whole experience felt unsafe.

We were on staycation in Bath for a few days and came her often for food. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our order arrived fairly quickly, even at the busiest of times. Food was Hot and order was right. Toilets were clean and smell free...(which can’t be said for every McDonald’s store) social distancing was in place as was track and trace.
