Cinnamon - Bath and North East Somerset

Aclyn 4 reviews I ordered a takeaway yesterday evening to be delivered at 7.30pm. By 8pm there was no sign of it so I called to ask what was happening and was told 'it was on its way '. After another 15 minutes of waiting it finally arrived 45+ minutes late and with no apology. The delivery driver wouldn 't accept a reduction in price for it being extremely late (and probably cold so I sent him away. If I wanted to eat at 8.30pm I would have ordered my takeaway for that time! I called Cinnamon to let them know I 'd sent the takeaway back and was told I would receive a call back from the manager. (It 's the next day and I still haven 't received a call back! . I ended up cooking a frozen pizza in the oven which took 10 minutes. I should have just done that in the first place and saved myself the hassle. Extremely disappointed.

I am not very knowledgeable about Indian cuisine, so I decided to try the Cinnamon dirty box meal from this restaurant last night to experience a variety of their dishes. The food was delicious and the portions were large for the price. The only downside was that the online menu did not list the sauces that came with the meal, so I had to guess what they were. I will just have to hope for the same selection next time!

Came for a date night and was not disappointed, the atmosphere was lovely, staff very friendly and the food was incredible. Will definitely come back.

Awful food cold and curry was worse than a sharwoods jar. Staff have attitudes and are very unhelpful. Do not come here plenty of other restaurants who appreciate their customers. You have been warned.

We had a home delivery from the Cinnamon in Keynsham on 2nd September. The food was wonderful and the vegan/vegetarian options were extensive. Best Indian takeaway in my opinion.
