Zaxby's - Batesburg

I am giving this restaurant 4 stars, mainly because of the excellent customer service provided by the young lady who took my order. She was friendly and respectful. This is my second visit here, and my first experience was great. However, this time I ordered the wings and things meal. Unfortunately, the plain wings were overcooked and dry, making them inedible. The three tenders included in the meal were also quite small. Additionally, when I ordered extra fries, I was only given enough to fill one small section of the container, with several larger sections remaining empty.

Zaxby's offers delicious salads with your choice of grilled or fried chicken. My son particularly enjoys their fries, which you can also order as a basket. I was surprised to learn about the variety of options beyond just salads and fries. Their boneless wings are also tasty. Stop by Zaxby's for lunch or dinner and enjoy a meal. The dedicated staff at this restaurant are always willing to make adjustments and accommodate customers. They work hard to address any issues that may arise. The food is consistently fresh, cooked perfectly, and served promptly.

Honestly I have never had any problem with the place and kept on going back for a while when in batesburg. They are normally super quick and have nice people serving the drive thru and get your order to you in a timely manner.

Tried the grilled chicken sandwich with the spicy zaxs sauce. It was really good. Zaxby's has become our go to for fast food.
