KFC - Batemans Bay

I want to give a shoutout to the young man, around 15 or 16 years old, who was working at the front counter today at 2:15. Despite having about 20 orders and dealing with some angry customers, he remained kind and attentive. He did his job so well and his professionalism should be recognized. Keep up the great work!

The chicken was very disappointing, as it was overcooked and burnt. I ordered potato and gravy, but only received the gravy without any potatoes. I also requested coleslaw, but did not receive any. The workers were difficult to hear, and did not greet me or ask how I was doing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We get kfc once per week or at 15 o'clock, but this week we bought it twice for lunch as we are on the road. on Monday we bought the one-piece box meal of ulladulla on the way home. the chicken was a generous breast. piece, and the tender was perfect. the chips were hot and had enough salt on them, and the evening meal was plump and yum, not to mention the kartoffel and the heavy. very pleasant, and good value for money. today we have the same meal deal from the batemans bay kfc. here is a crash on the difference in quality: the chips had no salt on them. the tenderness was okay, but looked more like a chicken finger. the one piece original recipe huh was a hit stick for me and a wing for my partner. the evening dinner roll was almost flatly squeezed during our meal. we're tired of getting only a few chickens, and often the chips are either not hot or have little to no salt on them, or both. this is the second negative review that I gave to the batemans bay kfc, and I would like to give it a positiw! a few weeks ago we called there at 8 a.m. to say that there was no haw and was a twenty-minute waiting time. This is about the fifth time that has happened to live here in two years. not to mention that orders are sometimes wrong. we need to move into the parking lot and check to ensure that we get what we have ordered and paid. I know that everyone suffers during covid 19, and the personal would probably be a problem at kfc everywhere, but even considering why it is that the kfc in ulladulla can produce a quality meal at lunchtime, but batemans bay fights in any way, at any time of the day? both B.Bay and ulladulla have the same food dfos on a positive note, I will say that we only met the staff in batemans bay to be rude probably twice in two and a half years living in the region. in general, the employees on the drive thru are polite, but whoever packs the meals should be ashamed. we just wish that they would increase the cash on service and quality of food! it is not a good reflection about the batemans bay as a whole, considering how many tourists who visit in the rule here would not mention how many unaccompanied permanent residents it would be as well as us. Come on batemans bay, stop, mostly wings and lights to decorate soggy broth rolls! and make sure that the chips are hot and there is salt on them!

We go here once a month and the order is always wrong and the restaurant is never clean, the employees need a lot of training in customer service as they have no warning and are not interested in the customers

Office has gracefully exchanged property and started looking in the business, I can for the fried huh here top kerbe quality now, it warns about, and when it is for them, they meet the kfc complain line by email with pictures and. see them how fast the big boss comes to sort it, finger crosses it remains so, everyone loves some good ol kentucky en
