Bidrage med feedbackThe drive thru was empty when we arrived. Ordered our food, paid for it and pulled up to the pick up window. About 30 seconds later I was handed our drinks. I watched the 2 women start making 4 hot chocolates by hand. I also noticed an open bag of food on the side counter. They finished making them along with a cup of coffee, put them in a cup carrier and brought them to the window. The woman asked me if we ordered the hot chocolate. I responded that we are waiting for our food. She turns and gets the opened bag of food that has now been sitting for quite awhile and hands it to me. I took it and replied that it has been sitting there for quite a while!All we got was sorry about that .As one would expect, our quarter pounders and fries were NOT as hot as they should have been. Only warm since sitting so long on the counter.The buns are smaller in diameter now, which means the burger patty should actually be thicker since it was the same diameter as the bun. But it was not. I should have taken a photo. Makes one wonder if are they using a quarter pound patty.Needless to say, we will not be back to this McDonalds!!Will be calling a manager!Way to go Downtown Batavia!! Is it really that hard to do your job
Ordered drive through breakfast meal. They didn't give me my coffee. So, i guess I'll blame it on myself for not reminding her. However, they should've handed it out the window with my bag of food... I suppose when I asked for hot sauce, they forgot the coffee? So, did I. Anyway I paid for it. Now I'm upset...
One of the worst McDonalds! How dare they let a woman wit a cold (or allergies) work the drive thru... plus EVERYTHING was cold!!!!!
Me and my wife stopped here after work and grabbed some food and we ordered 2 pies but only recieved 1 and because they didn't give or offer the receipt they tried to make me pay for another one... like no not worth it. We will pry not return anytime soon.
The male manager who ALWAYS works the drive-thru needs a career change or serious retraining.We have been here multiple times and his attitude is always the same, horrible. If we see him working, we go elsewhere. We have complained to other managers but apparently nothing has been done to correct this problem.
