Ficarella's Pizzeria - Batavia

I ordered a sheet and 50 wings. the food was as expected, although the wings were not crispy, as I hope. I have to ask for crispy wings next time. from the other pizzas in the city I had, this is the most consistent so I will evaluate it the best. 4 stars because of the wings that have no cripples to them. personal was friendly

Been here a lot and the food and service was always great, however, I had a bad experience and the manager was terribly mean when I wanted to exchange an item that was cold, and rancid. Tried to explain that it tasted terrible and like it was spoiled and she said that there was nothing they could do and was very mean about it. Never getting food here again!

We order from here a couple times a month. Never had a bad meal. Once I was charged twice. They caught the mistake, called me and made it right. Great service

Recognize the greatness,I love pizza and there is only two joints in town that have good zaa. Ficarella's and Unmentioned This is a Ficarella review. I have seen the reviews here and I am astonished at what some people have said. Your subs are giant, deals are good and not to mention, best boneless wings in town. so you had a pizza underdone.... what if there was a new worker? Perhaps next time go to the store for you issues instead of the internet. Good job to all that make it possible.
