Chicken Express - Bastrop

I visited for the first time and found that the manager could benefit from some people management training. The way he treats his employees is unacceptable. However, the other staff members were very polite and provided good service. It's clear that the manager is the issue here.

The chicken was fresh and served hot. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The cashier on duty tossed the loose change that was handed to her and then attempted to dispute my aunt's claim about the amount she received. It's important to avoid arguing with customers; if there's a mistake with the payment, it should be addressed politely.

I absolutely love her fried catfish! You get a fantastic three large pieces along with two sides of hushpuppies for under $13, which is a great deal in my opinion. The last time I visited, I experienced the best customer service ever. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Food is always delicious and hot. The staff are always friendly and go out their way to feel too welcome. Hard to find such places more. The other places could learn from their regular operations. All right!

Love Chicken Express there fish is the best and so golden. The manager in the daytime is the best she knows her customers and is very respectful the staff is pretty awesome my experience is always a wonderful experience. Chicken Express liver and gizzards are a delight. Well done Chicken Express ?
