Bidrage med feedbackProprietor was a great host and provided assistance and helpful information on their wine selections. Relaxing atmosphere. It was a little challenging for us to locate their store front downtown. Worth the stop as they carry a variety of Texas, US and international varieties.
Gorgeous space with a great selection. Also a great place to host private events.
Visited CC Wine Co. this past weekend for my first wine tasting and they did not disappoint! What a fantastic experience! I only regret not getting the name of the fermented lime wine as it was AMAZING...Highly recommend a visit if you are in Bastrop, as I will DEFINITELY be returning the next time we are in town!!
There are several nice options here: wine by the glass, bottles of wine to go, bottle of wine to enjoy there (no corkage fee! , shop for coffee beans, beer or even sake. The wines they offer are from all over: Texas, California, Washington, France, even Greece. Prices per bottle range from $18 to $60 with most in the $20 $40 range. Coffee beans are mostly flavored, but they also have a Guatemala Antigua medium roast and a French Roast that was roasted in Tyler. The proprietor really knows his wines. He was quite the expert in describing the wines we tried, from the grape to the region to the bouquet, flavor and pairings. Seems like a great guy. We'll visit CC Wine Co again. Tip: ask about food options. From Edamame to Charcuterie or Cheese Boards, they have options for us to try on our next visit.
This is the perfect place to go for a date night or simply to try some delicious wines. I adore the small, cozy and intimate feeling you get when sitting entering this establishment. The owner is remarkable. He is very accommodating and extremely friendly. Don't be hesitant to ask questions on recommendations and types or wine that they suggest. You must come and sip at this place.
