I visited this restaurant over Memorial Day Weekend on a sweltering day and quickly realized they were swamped with orders—at one point, there were 20 to 30 requests! The staff handled the situation efficiently and professionally, ensuring that every customer was taken care of. Despite understandable wait times, all the baristas remained friendly, polite, and positive, even when dealing with a challenging and disgruntled customer. I wanted to let the employees know that I thought this location was very well managed and enthusiastic, and that their hard work did not go unnoticed.

Starbucks Riverwalk is a convenient stop on my way to play golf. I love grabbing a fresh hot venti coffee in the morning!

This Starbucks is conveniently situated in the Riverwalk Village shopping center and tends to be quite busy due to the nearby large office parks. The baristas are friendly, efficient, and always greet customers with a smile. Both the dining area and restrooms are clean, and there are plenty of parking spaces available in the shared lot. The entrance is accessible for people with disabilities.
