Max's Drive-Inn Restaurant - Bashaw

Ordered a pepperoni pizza which tasted pretty good. Not to impressive when you have to peel off the casing from the sausage before you can eat.

For some time we have eaten here when in the area. The food is consistently good and prices very reasonable. The menu is varied and there has never been reason to complain about any of it.

Was recommended this place by my daughter by SMS during a return drive from Stettler to Edmonton. Such a quaint place - family run - so typical of small-town Alberta. The service was great and the food was wholesome and tasty. We particularly liked the fact that it came piping hot from the kitchen. Basic, down-to-earth - just what one needs for a pit stop during a road trip.

Made this a destination on rainy day camping. Twice. Good really good. Decor could use done work. Staff friendly but not overly cheerful. But good was great

Stopped here after a visit to the gun store. All three of us enjoyed a burger. Prices reasonable. Food good. The only downside was the waitress had a bad cold/flu and should have not been working.
