Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service war spitze, es ist nur schade, dass die Kellnerinnen nicht mehr die lustigen Tierohren-Haarreifen tragen, das hat immer für viel Spaß gesorgt.

Wir haben alle indischen Restaurants in Basel ausprobiert und empfinden das Indian Tandoori Palace als das authentischste und beste Lokal. Das Restaurant zeichnet sich durch eine vielfältige indische Küche mit freundlichem Service und fairen Preisen aus. Wir empfehlen auch das tägliche Mittagsbuffet mit variierenden Gerichten.

Super tasty food, excellent service and the owner is a generous and caring guy, who makes sure the food is authentic and amazing. It never fails to delight us.

Indian tandoori palace caters to anyone who is looking for a delicious indian meal. They customize to suit you and offer a variety of veg and non veg options. Must try is kulfi, rasmalai and masala chai.

Visited this restaurant twice for dinner as it was a few doors up from our hotel. The food was very good and very authentic (given we had visited India earlier in the year) and decent size serves. Beer prices were reasonable but made the mistake of ordering .5l of wine wine without asking the price (wasn't on menu), and being charged 6.50 Sw Francs per 100mls, therefore cost 32.50 Sw Francs for house wine! Should have stuck to the beer!Also disappointing that staff allowed child to play with tablet at high volume whist parent waited for takeaway, which was very annoying!!
