Mcdonald's - Bartonville

The lady at the drive thru in the morning is so nice and polite. She even remembers my name which is nice too. Very good attitude and makes sure I get my food right and quick every time she can. Thank you!

Terrible! Ordered two big Mac's and they were missing a bun and lettuce. Place was super dirty too.

Even at the least busiest times. I mobile ordered and said I was here while I was still 5 minutes down the road. Waited in the drive through before even telling them I had a mobile order for another 5 minutes. Finally got to the window and told to pull up and then had to wait another 10 minutes. I’ve never seen slower service in my life. Maybe find some new management?

Slow always talking not working an on phones all the time an the store is dirty get some reliable ppl in the restaurant that want to work

Hours are lies.Another update. 4/2/24Ordered basic meal and they messed up half of it. Missing fries and most likely over charging as I dont get a receipt.Super horrible. I will be trying to avoid this place.
