Mcdonald's - Bartonville

Staff are always very nice here. They're holding me back. But they really need to work to clean the dining area. It's very inappropriate. Sticky and chaotic. But I feel bad because it's probably because they're short employees. I'm going back because they're always comfortable.

There was a young man in the back stand with Dreads(not see a name tag) last night at 10 a.m. Hands-down the best customer service I've ever received at this McDonald's. My order was correct, what is VERY RARE and fresh! There are MANY employees who have to be withdrawn or fired. This young man should train safely!

They made sure I had no onion for allergy, very nice girls in the register. I had my order in less than 5 minutes. I don't know why they have bad reviews, some just want to whisper about everything. I would top 5 for all McDonald's I was for customer service and speed.

McDonald's is a regular place. What makes this place apart is the big lot next door, which is a big truck and RV parking. For riders it is a hidden oasis, next to the Interstate, with food options nearby... and plenty of space

Who doesn't love McDonald's! I usually always get my food hot and the way I asked for it to be... There's been a couple times it wasn't the best but everyone has their bad days.
