It's Just Wings - Bartonsville

Very over cooked. No sauce on the wings. Twice in a row now the quality has gone down hill. Very disappointed.

They got my order wrong and gave me these awful small dry boneless wings and very salted fries. I couldn’t even eat it :

The website for this business is misleading. I ordered a platter of bone in wings without realizing that this is just a Chili's restaurant. The order was all wrong and the wings were not very good. Almost no sauce and the breading was super soggy. Order was not very hot when I picked it up. Also these were supposed to be bone-in. Mostly I was disappointed by the fact that the website made it appear as a standalone business when everything actually comes out of a Chili's kitchen. Will not return.

Burnt Fries.. Rubbery chicken...horrible experience..lot of oil in carry bag... would never order from this place. Don't even want to give 1 star...

I made an online order from them once over 2 years ago. Soon after, I started getting harassed by them with tons of emails. I've unsubscribed from their emails over 2 dozen times, but still, every week, I get harassed with more emails. I've emailed their corporate office, but still, more emails. I've refused to order from them again or eat at Chili's out of spite. I'm petty. Eat there if you choose BUT NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! If you really want good wings, go to Crosstown's (Batavia Naperville locations). They have the best, and its worth the drive!
