Chili's - Bartonsville

I went in here Sunday October 2nd with my wife and kid. Immediately I knew something was off when half the seats were empty and the host was slouched over and talking on his cell phone. We requested a table in the corner and were refused because that areawas closed and we were forced to take a seat by the bar (I have a 5 month old and didn 't want her to be around the screamingguys). The server came over and took our order. He came back again and asked one more time to repeat our order (he didn 't writeit down). About 20 minutes later our drinks came out and we cancelled our order al together, paid the bill and walked out. Thisplace seems to be run by teenagers and is so disorganized I wonder how they remain in business at all. This was my 3rd and finaltime here. I love Chilis in general but the management and most of the staff here need to be replaced. Before someone says theyhave a staffing shortage we went across the parking lot to another chain restaurant and were immediately sat and taken careof, had great food and a wonderful time. If the restaurant acorss the parking lot is fully staffed, why isn 't this Chilis?Something is wrong with this place and I am blaming the management!

Anthony Took His Time With Me In Order Pick Up. He Was So Sweet AndPatient. I Just Loved Him. Down To Management And Her Daughter. Everyone Was Super Great. Also A Special Thank You To Michelle.She Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure I Was Happy And That I Had Everything I Needed For Me And My Family. She Was Genuinely ABeautiful Person. I Loved The Stuff And The Food. Every time I Go To PA I Will Visit THIS Chili?s Thank You Everyone There.

I had never tried Chili's before, but the food was absolutely delicious! I am always looking for new dishes to try and they had a wide variety of options. I left the restaurant feeling completely full and satisfied.

We were seated promptly and ordered drinks and appetizers. Five minutes later, the appetizers arrived hot and tasty. Our meals also came quickly. Our server, Amanda, was excellent. The only issue is that they need to clean the bathrooms as soon as possible.

We chose to dine at Chili's because it was the birthday girl's choice. It has been our tradition to celebrate her birthday there every year, and this year she had just turned 21. However, once we were seated, we waited for a long time to place our drink and appetizer order. After finally informing someone, our order was taken but then we waited even longer. Eventually, we were informed that our order had never been sent to the kitchen. When our food finally arrived, half of the orders were incorrect and the rest were overcooked. We will not be returning to celebrate at Chili's again.
