Waffle House - Bartlett

I have enjoyed eating at Waffle House many times through the years. I had a pleasant meal at the Waffle House in Cordova, TN. I enjoyed a waffle, eggs, sausage and coffee, as always, it was good, reliable food, and efficient service.

Had a good server but their menu has been made to have even less offerings. They need less pictures and more of the things they do make like omelets, pork chops, toppings like country for the hash browns etc put back on the menu.I was surprised to hear they had no Gravy.

Waffle House! Pecan waffles,grits,and hash browns that were smothered in onion, ham, and jalapeno. My wife 's first time ever and she keeps asking when are we going back? Best part was when she pointed at the picture on the menu and said I want that! . I showed her how to finish her eggs by swiping up the yolks. You can get fancier but not better breakfast.

Everytime I come to this location,there is always an excuse on why it's only take out. 9/10 times the employees are out in thier cars hanging out ,no one inside employee wise,and they act like it's a burden that I walk in. Or the number one excuse is we gotta clean our grill. That has to be the cleanest grill in Bartlett. The date is 11/17/22 midnight.

I'm very disappointed at this location my son I are visiting from out of town was looking forward to eating the waffle house because we don't have one in our area. We walk in wasn't greeted and stood by register for 5min no one acknowledge us, we finally asked if we should seat ourselves, we were given a nod to seat our selves. Sat at our table for 10min no oneassisted us, it wasnt busy and they had more than enough workers! After waiting a waiter finally asked what we wanted to drink, she came back with warm lemonade..she took our order and didn't write it down. After about 5min another waiter came over and asked what we wanted to order says the other lady didn't put the order in..we decided to leave and take our money else where.. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! The sign out door says now hiring friendly folks and no one was friendly! Time for a new staff with people who do their job!!! This location kitchen looked very nasty and not clean we noticed that when walking out too.The manager that was working at the time name was Candi and after speaking with a employee was told a shift changed was going on and that's why the waiter probably didn't get order in. Excuses to me where's the accountability at this place...
