Pizza Hut - Bartlett

The Hut got out pizza'd! Ordered special big box and pizza was full of bubbles with no.cheese. Upgraded breadsticks to cheesesticks, but why?! Still barely any cheese.....Even the marinara was watered down. All toppings where sparse.

Your delivery was slow, to no fault of the driver. The p 'zone was p 'thetic . Mostly bread and minimal fillings. The pasta was mediocre but probably the best thing out of the order even though it gave me the bubble guts. The best part is the garlic bread sticks which arrived as nothing more than a couple bread loafs. I don 't want an apology, a refund, a future discount, or even any reply to this review. I want y 'all to stop making food .

Used to be the best pizza hut location. Last 2 years have been ridiculously inconsistent. Tonight I paid for 2 medium pizzas, extra cheese on 1, hand tossed. Received 2 thin crust, cooked hard and im certain the cheese pizza does Not have extra cheese on it. It literally has the same amount of cheese as the other pizza. Frustrating.

Terrible customer service shut them down go to Dominos

I really don't understand why the staff at this location is consistently so rude every time I visit (this is my third time). They either hang up on me or are quite hostile over the phone. It's frustrating—I'm just trying to order food and support your business. After tonight, I’m probably not going to come back.
