O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Bartlett

Great cry for Lenard and Shelia. I wrote a bad review before. I was quickly contacted by the administration and asked if they could do this right. I believe in second chances in certain situations, so I said why not. When I told you that all these people had corrected any problem I had before. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and smells fresh. Everybody looked good together. If you ask if you should try this place, you should do it completely.

They definitely were short on staff as we had to wait for a table despite there being many open tables. Our server did an outstanding job though as our foid was brought promptly. The tater tots were good, nice and crispy on the outside, but my burger was undercooked. I had asked for a bacon cheddar burger, but was not told until it was brought out that they were out of bacon.

Took 15 mins to get seated. No hostess. Just workers walking around looking at me. Finally a manager walks in and past us and tells one of them to seat us. The worker literally turned around and walked off. 5 mins later a different person comes and sits us. Food took 30 mins not to bad but my steak was the flattest over cooked peice of steak I ever Seen. I wanted a medium well steak they came back with a medium rare. Didn’t eat it. Salad was bad. Croutons were stale and Looked like the bottom of the bag due to the amount of crumbs. The server was nice but I wtnessed A table over they had to literally get there own refills and they also complained about their food

Good food and packed wonderful for delivery! The men loved the burgers and offers! I love the Bourbon glazed salmon!! It's my favorite thing to get

Food was mediocre. The Cajun chicken pasta was bland and boring. No spice at all. The catfish was ok, nothing special. Fries were soggy and greasy. The chicken tenders were just ok as well. The only thing that was really good was the service. Laeley was such a sweetheart and provided awesome service. She was attentive and kind.
